Fix inverse graph operation problem

          Description

          When following the instructions in part 4 of https://wiki.transvar.org/display/ITD/Track+Operators+-+Graph+Tracks

          ...the blue tracks are NOT 'all essentially 0, or only trivially different from 0', on my macOS machine. It seems that the inverse operation is not functioning properly, and I have the issue on both v9.1.0 and v9.0.2 of IGB. You can see the result values of the diff operations in diff-cat.png (view image in a new tab for better visibility).

          Investigate what is causing this issue and find a fix.
