Fix "i" not showing in genome dashboard

          Description

          The genome dashboard shows an "i" next to genome versions.

          However, if the genome version string is too long, the "i" does not appear.

          Change the layout of the genome version menu items so that the "i" is displayed as show in the image to ensure it is always visible.

          Note also that when user click or mouse-over the "i", information about the genome should appear. This is currently not working properly. Please search for and review related issues in Jira before commencing work.
