      Description

The new track hubs table available at https://www.bioviz.org/public-trackhubs.html lists an IGB name "M_musculus_Jun_2020" for a mouse genome version.

However, this genome was not available in the IGB interface.

I tried to visit the genome version by opening the Current Genome tab. I then selected species Mus musculus using the Species menu. However, the genome version name "M_musculus_Jun_2020" did not appear in the Genome Version menu.

For this task, please investigate. Is there a problem with how the genome version names are getting picked up by the Table javascript code? Does a change need to be made in IGB? Do we need to add this genome version to the Quickload system?

DAS needs to be enabled by default as this provides the most current and up-to-date genome versions. The "synonyms.txt" file contains a mapping for IGB genome version names and ucsc genome version names.
