JIRA Issues were created for previously mentioned bugs.

I completed testing on Thursday through the Navigation Subsystem. The issue IGBF-3199 regarding local quickloads needs resolved before testing on Subsystems Local Quickload and Quickload Saver can be completed.

All of the Subsystems have been tested except for the sections reliant on IGBF-3199. That's next on my To-do.

After that I will do a more thorough investigation of these questions:

-unsure how to test "Find someplace where the matching Find Junctions operation using value 5 and value 10 have different scores. Identify the read(s) that matches that junction, and where where one side of the read is between 5 and 10 bases".

Linux Subsystems testing is now complete.
Next we will focus on finalizing changes for IGBF-3208 and IGBF-3196 and retest saving files and secure data sources on the three operating systems.
