      Description

Situation: When investigating IGBF-2654 I found that selecting the file extension (bed or bed detail) did not save the appropriate file (i.e. selecting bed would output a bed detail file and vice versa).

Task: Fix the issue so that whatever output file extension the user has specified with the dropdown is accurate to the file that is output.

      To reproduce the issue:

      1. Start IGB
      2. Select the Arabidopsis thaliana genome (A_thaliana_Jun_2009)
      3. Right-click on the Araport ( + ) track name and select Save Track As...
      4. In the window that opens, select your Desktop as the save location.
      5. In the file extension dropdown, select BED (bed) then BED Detail (bed), and then BED (bed) again.
      6. Enter test as the file name.
      7. Click Save
      8. Using a text editor, open the test.bed file and look to see if there is a 13th and 14th column (only BED Detail (bed) should have the 13th and 14th columns).

You may need to repeat these steps as the output appears somewhat random.
