IGB species dropdown not working

          Description

          Situation: A user is unable to see any genomes under the species dropdown menu and clicking on a genome image does not work.

          Task: Identify and resolve the issue.

              The user was able to view genomes by adding the IGB Quickload (https://quickload.bioviz.org/quickload/) as a new data source. It is possible that the issue was due to blocking of the primary quickload site, as it is http (http://lorainelab-quickload.scidas.org/quickload/), but we do not know for sure.
