              I updated the documentation for the IGB confluence page (https://wiki.bioviz.org/confluence/). Most of the changes are in the developer's guide.
              I have also updated the Jira column to be Merged, Needs Testing.

              Need to update the following pages to replace master with main-JDK8:

              1. Set up bitbucket pipelines - the documentation on this page references the bitbucket-pipelines.yml file that still refers to master branch installers. Unsure if we plan to update this file.
              2. How to notarize installers for MacOS - COMPLETE
              3. Understand IGB development workflow - COMPLETE
              4. Readme.md - Pull request
              5. deploy.sh - this also refers to master branch installers in bitbucket pipelines. Unsure if we need to update this.

              • IGB Canvas Course
              • Jira

              There is one pull request for changes to the IGB Bitbucket readme.

              I can't think of any other documentation at this time. Moving to needs 1st level review.

              • tested IGB developers guide and canvas course module. everything points to main-JDK8.
              • with regards to bioviz.org, forked repo taking me to main-JDK8 and all other developers pages pointing to main-JDK8.
