          Description

          On August 28 we noticed that the RENCI hosting service failed.

          Loraine contacted RENCI using a ticket submission form. The response was quick! There was a power outage that interfered with the website. More to come later.

                The issue with RENCI appears to be resolved. Default quickloads (hosted on RENCI scidas) are now working in IGB. The user who was experiencing an issue with IGB (HELP-386) has reported that IGB is working normally for them.
