Next steps:

1. The bitbucket pipelines need to be updated to use the new docker image. Waiting on IGBF-3588 for the new docker image to be completed.
2. Once IGB 10.0.0 has been released we can change the IGB version variable from 10.0.0-SNAPSHOT to 10.0.0 (I think that is how this will work).
3. Release new versions of apps on app store.

Apps have been released to app store.

Tested on Mac using version "11" of IGB as well as IGB release 10.0.0. I was able to install apps from the App Store as well as App Manager. Apps appeared functional.
