GOAL:
To run EB-Seq on Kelsie's data and get a preliminary result.

Share the script to run EB-Seq with Kelsie so that she can reproduce the findings.

In there, is the R QMD markdown for the analysis.
This is being shared with Kelsey to test out and compare the results contained therein.
Upon hearing from her as the tester, this will remain under review at this stage.
I am going to close this as we won't hear from her in the next few weeks.
Will make new ticket when the next phase arises.
The data for this is provided by Kelsie (via Cedar).
