To run EB-Seq on Kelsie's data and get a preliminary result.

Share the script to run EB-Seq with Kelsie so that she can reproduce the findings.

The data for this is provided by Kelsie (via Cedar).

The salmon table is on the Google drive:

I will pull this down to my laptop and run EB-seq from there.

The results have been shared to the shared Google Drive as a folder here:

In there, is the R QMD markdown for the analysis.
This is being shared with Kelsey to test out and compare the results contained therein.

Upon hearing from her as the tester, this will remain under review at this stage.
