An exception is generated when selecting "Make Track" in the Graph Thresholds Dialogue.

To reproduce:

1) Create a graph in IGB
2) Select the graph and then go to the Graphs tab
3) Click the "Thresholding..." button
4) Turn "Visibility" to "On" and then click "Make Track"
