            Windows v12307

For tbi files is there supposed to be a "Semantic Zoom" and a "tbi_semantic_zoom" in the View Mode drop down box?

yes, tbi_semantic_zoom will display an estimated depth graph calculated from
the .tbi index, even when no data is loaded. For very large files, this is useful,
because it is very fast to calculate, the user can see depth for the chr right away,
without having to load, wait, and maybe get an out of memory exception.
The regular Semantic Zoom uses the real depth graph calculated from the annotations,
so the data must be already loaded for this.

Okay that makes sense, cool. Should we change the name from tbi_semantic_zoom to TBI Semantic Zoom?
