Enable DAS by default

          Description

          Modify IGB preferences configuration JSON file's data sources section to enable the DAS (Distributed Annotation Service) hosted at UCSC to be active by default in IGB.

                I removed the line ' status: disabled' to make the UCSC DAS data source enabled by default. It's working fine.

                Merged. Built master branch installers. Deployed master branch installers to early access IGB section on bioviz main site. Ready for testing.

                To test:

                • Please pull the latest changes in your IGB local environment.
                • Open IGB -> preferences -> data sources.
                • Set the preferences to default.
                • You'll see that the UCSC DAS data source is enabled by default. It was disabled by default before.
