          Fix the custom SSL validation method introduced in IGBF-3001, to address the issue described in the comment here.

                As described in the comment linked to in the description, it may be possible to entirely avoid this issue if we can determine a way to force IGB to use v3 of X.509. After doing some digging, I was not able to determine what exactly causes IGB to require v2, so to extend the previous fix to this problem, please see my changes here.

                Merged. Installers build and deployed to IGB "early access" section of bioviz.org Web site.

                Followed testing instructions from IGBF-3001 :

                I ran the trackhub facade locally and added given URL as an IGB datasource. The given is URL : http://localhost:8000/api/?hubUrl=https://dashr2.lisanwanglab.org/tracks/DASHR2_hub.txt&filePath=/ is unreachable in IGB.

                Omkar Marne, I am not able to replicate your observation. Are you sure that you are running the correct version of the codebase? Make sure that:

                • You are on the IGBF-3087 branch of the IGB repo
                • Your master branch for the trackhubs repo is up-to-date
                • You have run the below for the IGB project: 
                  mvn clean install
