Test Zulu MacOS installer

          Description

          I have created a new installer for IGB 9.1.8 using Install4J and a different JRE from what we were using previously.

                Testing Mac Zulu

                Installation - no issues
                Version of IGB - release-9.1.8
                Build date - 05-16-2022
                Commit - ecc0eb53072c5c36650d70e77a2c0f905abbb2fe
                Save Annotation Track as a bed file - no issues
                Open bed file - no issues
                Ui in Data Access Tab and Annotation Tab - no issues
                IGB App Manager - Install button does not install the app, nothing reported in IGB Log

                Note: I tested IGB release 9.1.8 and was able to successfully install apps through the IGB App Manager.
