Logan was able to test most of the release documentation, however, an issue with CyVerse stability has kept us from finishing testing all subsystems.

Since the majority of the documentation is complete and has been tested, closing ticket.

Tested all sections except for the final 3: Analyses, Search, and Right-click menu.

Documentation is complete. Images and checkboxes are added. Now available at https://wiki.bioviz.org/confluence/display/BCRD/Subsystems

Some notes:

• Double-check that cut and paste is functioning as intended. - write ticket where pasting on file in different directory sends file to that location. Also add right-click menu if folder is empty. (IGBF-3226)
• Right-click analysis showing for files that cannot be analyzed, can we gray this out or provide text in the right panel that this file type cannot currently be analyzed, provide a list of file types that can currently be analyzed. (IGBF-3224)
• Can we make the Manage Link a toggle switch like this. The big red button is intimidating to new users and is unclear if it will delete the file. (IGBF-3225)
